在全面推进素质教育的大趋势下,职业教育作为素质教育的一种重要教育形式,要求校方必须多形式结合施教,为社会培养出专业技术过硬、品德合格的中等专业技术人才。为了达到这一目标,中等职业学校的班主任工作,就要下功夫理解学生的心理需求,通过专业技能和心理素质结合教育的模式提高学生的综合素质。结合自身工作实践谈几点粗浅认识,供同行参考。
Under the general trend of promoting quality education in an all-round way, as an important form of education for quality education, vocational education requires that schools should combine teaching in many forms and cultivate medium-sized professional and technical personnel with excellent professional skills and moral qualifications for the society.
