对于石油工程项目而言,施工现场管理工作的好坏,直接影响着整个工程项目的质量。目前在石油工程项目施工现场管理中,存在着诸多问题,使石油工程项目质量受到了严重的威胁。施工现场管理人员应充分认识到施工现场管理对石油工程项目的重要性,加大对施工现场的管理力度,以保障石油施工项目能够顺利完成。笔者结合实践工作经验,在本文中对目前石油工程项目施工现场管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
For petroleum engineering projects, the construction site management work is good or bad, directly affect the quality of the entire project. At present, there are many problems in the construction site management of petroleum engineering projects, which have seriously threatened the quality of petroleum engineering projects. Construction site managers should fully understand the construction site management of the importance of petroleum projects, increase the management of the construction site to ensure the successful completion of the oil construction project. Based on the practical working experience, the author analyzes the existing problems in the current construction management of petroleum engineering projects in this paper and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
