矗立在台北银行总行广场的一件12米不锈钢《凤凰来仪》雕塑,以其简洁的形体、舒展的姿容、雄浑厚重的体魄、生动的造型、精美的制作工艺及特定的美学韵味与人文景观共融于公共空间之中.这件雕塑的作者就是享誉海内外的台湾本土雕塑家杨英风教授.去年金秋,在由台湾海基会倡议、中华民俗艺术基金会实施的大陆赴台文化交流活动中,我有幸结识并拜访了杨英风教授,记得那是在我们参观了台湾的历史馆、故宫、美术馆以及中央大学、师范大学、台湾大学、文化大学后的一个下午,由台湾美术界同仁林先生、李先生陪同参观了杨英风美术馆,随后在工作人员的指引下,我们直上七楼拜访杨英风教授.在高大的书架和工作台前杨教授热情
