2004年,按照建设部制定的建设行业农民工技能培训规划,建设厅提出今后5年培训农民工16万人。建设厅按照实用、实效的原则,合理设置培训课程,采取师傅带徒弟、工学交替、个人自学与集中辅导相结合等多种方式,开展了农民工技能培训。同时,建设部先后颁布了96个工种的职业技能标准
In 2004, according to the training plan for migrant workers in construction industry formulated by the Ministry of Construction, the Construction Department proposed to train 160,000 migrant workers in the next five years. In accordance with the practical and effective principle, the Office of Construction set up training courses for skilled workers of migrant workers in a variety of ways such as setting up apprenticeship with disciplines, alternation with work-study, self-learning by individual and centralized counseling.
