[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将74例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组37例糖适平15~120mg/次,1次/d,口服。病情过重胰岛素,100~200mL/次,3次/d,注射。治疗组37例辨证分型,气阴两虚,肝肾两虚,脾肾阳虚对症治疗。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗8疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,好转13例,无效3例,总有效率91.89%。对照组显效15例,好转12例,无效10例,总有效率72.97%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗糖尿病效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of syndrome differentiation and western medicine on diabetes mellitus. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 74 cases of inpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. [Result] In the treatment group, 21 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 91.89%. Control group markedly effective in 15 cases, improved in 12 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 72.97%. The treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The syndrome differentiation and western medicine treatment of diabetes mellitus is effective and worth promoting.
