目的研制一种预防流感效果显著的免疫制剂。方法用流感病毒 (FM1株 )免疫母鸡 ,制备抗流感病毒 (FM1株 )卵黄免疫液。经动物实验 ,观察该免疫液抗流感病毒的效果。结果当对照组的小鼠开始病死时 ,生理盐水对照组、卵黄免疫液对照组与紧急预防组小鼠每日每只平均饮水量分别为 (3.0 6± 0 .86 )、(2 .93± 1.47)和(3.99± 0 .2 1)ml(P <0 .0 5 ) ,体重分别为 (15 .85± 2 .70 )、(14.5 8± 1.92 )和 (18.2 7± 1.71)g(P <0 .0 5 ) ;病死率分别为 5 3.84%、6 9.2 3%和 3.84% (P <0 .0 1) ;存活小鼠血清 (1∶10稀释 )抗体阳性率分别为 10 0 %、10 0 %和 0 (P <0 .0 1)。结论抗流感病毒卵黄免疫液抗病毒作用强 ,预防小鼠流感效果显著。
Objective To develop a kind of immunosuppressant to prevent influenza. Methods The hens were immunized with influenza virus (FM1 strain) to prepare the immunized solution of the anti-influenza virus (FM1 strain) yolk. The animal experiments to observe the effect of anti-influenza virus immune solution. Results When the mice in the control group started to die, the average daily drinking water volume in the control group, the immunized group and the emergency prevention group were (3.06 ± 0.86), (2.93 ± 1.47 and 3.99 ± 0.21, respectively (P <0.05), and the body weights were (15.85 ± 2.70), (14.58 ± 1.92) and (18.27 ± 1.71) g <0. 05). The case fatality rates were 5 3.84%, 6 9.23% and 3.84% respectively (P <0.01). The positive rates of serum antibody (1:10 dilution) in surviving mice were 100% 10 0% and 0 (P <0 .01). Conclusion The anti-influenza virus yolk immune solution has strong anti-virus effect and significant effect on preventing flu in mice.
