2006年11月￣2007年1月,中国半导体行业协会,会同中国电子材料行业协会,中国电子专用设备行业协会以及赛迪,中国电子报组织了第一批自主创新产品评选。68个企业对79项产品和技术进行了申报。现将成就比较显著的创新产品和技术项目列举如下:
From November 2006 to January 2007, China Semiconductor Industry Association organized the first batch of independent innovation product selection in cooperation with China Electronics Materials Industry Association, China Electronic Special Equipment Industry Association and CCID and China Electronics News. 68 companies filed 79 products and technologies. Innovative products and technology projects that will make significant achievements are listed below:
