我院于1984年至1990年,对32例绝对期青光眼顽固性眼病行氯丙嗪球后注射,取得了显著止痛效果,现报告如下。本组32例均为住院病人,其中男性13例,女性19例,年龄25～35岁2例,36～45岁6例,46～55岁7例,56岁以上17例,最小年龄27岁,最大年龄80岁。新生血管性青光眼18例,闭角型青光眼14例,均为单眼。其中3例曾球后注射无水酒精止痛无效。随访时间6～12个月6例,1年～2年14例,2年以上4例。除8例外地病人未能随访外,其余24例无1例复发。
Our hospital from 1984 to 1990, 32 patients with refractory glaucoma refractory eyes were treated with chlorpromazine after injection, and achieved significant analgesic effect, are as follows. The group of 32 patients were hospitalized patients, including 13 males and 19 females, aged 25 to 35 years in 2 cases, 36 to 45 years in 6 cases, 46 to 55 years in 7 cases, 56 years of age in 17 cases, the minimum age of 27 years , The oldest is 80 years old. Neovascular glaucoma in 18 cases, 14 cases of angle closure glaucoma, are monocular. Three of them had post-natal injection of anhydrous alcohol to relieve pain. Follow-up time ranged from 6 to 12 months, 14 cases from 1 year to 2 years and 4 cases over 2 years. No patient relapsed except 8 patients in the other 24 cases.
