报道了用相转移法制备高纯超细TiO_2的新技术;探讨了Ti(IV)从有机相转移到水相发生水解反应的机理;通过TG-DTA分析以及XRD物相分析对水解产物的组成、热分解机理,晶型转变规律进行研究,确立了水解产物焙烧的最佳温度,通过激光散射粒度仪、透射电镜、微量元素分析对热分解产物TiO_2粉体的各项参数进行综合分析结果表明,用该技术制备的TiO_2粉体纯度高、平均粒径小、粒度分布窄和分散性好,符合功能陶瓷对TiO_2粉体的质量要求。
The new technology of preparing high purity ultrafine TiO_2 by phase transfer method was reported. The mechanism of Ti (IV) hydrolysis from organic phase to aqueous phase was discussed. By TG-DTA analysis and XRD phase analysis, the composition of hydrolyzate, Decomposition mechanism and crystal transition rule were studied. The optimum temperature for calcination of hydrolyzate was established. The comprehensive analysis of the parameters of the thermal decomposition product TiO_2 powder by laser light scattering particle size analyzer, transmission electron microscopy and microelement analysis showed that using The TiO2 powder prepared by the technique has the advantages of high purity, small average particle size, narrow particle size distribution and good dispersibility, and meets the quality requirements of the functional ceramic for the TiO2 powder.
