本文报道用形态学观察和~3H TdR掺入率测定研究了一些大气污染物对卡介苗激活的肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)介导的细胞毒效应的影响.结果表明PAM能抑制Hela细胞增生并降低~3H-TdR掺入率;而这种抑制又受这些大气污染物的影响,其中镉、亚硫酸盐和亚硫酸氢盐对PAM的精氨酸酶活性,以及镉对PAM的白细胞介素1(IL-1)活性均有抑制作用.提示PAM精氨酸酶和IL-1活性降低可能是上述化合物抑制PAM杀伤肿瘤细胞能力的机理之一.
This paper reports the effects of some atmospheric pollutants on BCG-mediated cytotoxicity induced by BCG by morphological observation and ~ 3H TdR incorporation assay. The results showed that PAM inhibited Hela cell proliferation and decreased ~ 3H-TdR incorporation rate; however, this inhibition was affected by these atmospheric pollutants. Among them, the arginase activity of PAM on cadmium, sulfite and bisulfite, and the effect of cadmium on interleukin-1 (IL-1) activity.It is suggested that the decrease of PAM arginase and IL-1 activity may be one of the mechanisms by which these compounds inhibit the ability of PAM to kill tumor cells.
