本文将以《Java SE程序设计》课程为例,介绍成果导向教学模式在高职课程中的实施。目前,黑龙江职业学院正在大力推行成果导向教学改革,致力于让学生通过教育获得成功、感受到成功。在教学过程中以学生为中心,为学生的个性发展提供广阔空间;在教学过程中倡导采用分组协作学习、分组讨论学习等教学方法,采取多元评价方式,并设计相应评量尺规,做好档案整理、数据分析等工作,强调学生在个人基础上的进步和获得成就,确保教学达到预期培养目标。
