中职德育教育是规范学生思想品德、道德意识、价值取向、行为方式的必修的一门课程,其教学质量的好坏直接影响到学生的未来发展和他们对社会的影响。由于这门课程本身说理性和逻辑性较强,涉及内容比较宽泛和抽象,很难引发学生的学习兴趣,进而影响到教学质量。要提高中职德育课的教学质量进而达到预期的教学目的,教师必须在创新教学方法、增强教学趣味性上下工夫。就中职德育教师应如何不断创新教学思维、教学模式和教学方法来增强职业道德与法律课程教学的趣味性,结合平时的教学经验做一下论述。
Secondary vocational school moral education is a compulsory course to regulate students’ ideological and moral qualities, moral awareness, value orientation and behaviors. Their quality of teaching directly affects the future development of students and their impact on society. As the course itself is more rational and logical, involving a wider range of content and abstraction, it is difficult to trigger students’ interest in learning, thereby affecting the quality of teaching. To improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational education so as to achieve the expected teaching purpose, teachers must make innovations in teaching methods and enhance the interest of teaching. How to innovate the teaching thinking, teaching mode and teaching methods of secondary vocational moral education teachers to enhance the interest of the teaching of professional ethics and law courses and to do some discussion with the usual teaching experience.
