如何评价一套影音器材的声音素质?最直接、最常用的办法当然是一一听!听什么,当然是听唱片。依照不同的评价项目,选择不同内容的唱片。一个发烧友最为关心的评价项目,就是音响系统的低音回放能力。他们会找来一些被认为含有丰富低音信息的唱片,去考核,或是欣赏他的器材。然而有的时候,却出现了一些令人费解的现象:某唱片的某音乐片断,都说是好生了得的“爆棚”超低音,没有几万元的器材搞不定它。然而某一日路过“小商品批发市场”,听见里面传来了那个熟悉的声音,循声而入,却看见柜台上正在那里播放得有滋有味的,竟然是一台价值区区数百元的“多媒体有源音箱”!看着老板得意洋洋的目光,受刺激了,难道说超低音这么“廉价”即可解决?肯定是哪里出了问题。问题就在于,那张唱片里究竟有没有你所心驰神往的超低音?事实上,这个涉及“超低音”的问题上存在很多误会,其原因在于“想当然”,还在于几乎没有听过真正的超低音效果。
