On the beach of Shanghai in 1937 shortly after the August 13 Incident, most of the places except the concession were occupied by the brutal Japanese troops. My home was fortunate enough to have been relocated to Nantajie Street, French Concession by Nanhai banquet before the incident and the aunt was trapped in the city of Nancheng and could not escape. I have heard that the main force of the Kuomintang troops has been withdrawn from positions, leaving only one regiment to hold a “four-line” warehouse in the bank of the river Hebei and fierce fighting with the Japanese to shelter the main force of withdrawal. In order to watch the battle, my father led me to the Suzhou River. On the south bank of the road and the side of the road on the roof, the balcony has long been full of watching warring crowd. Looked to the north a glance, saw the house collapsed house collapsed, ruins broken, all over the rubble, sores all over. Fancy smoke,
