目的:建立HPLC法测定陈皮和青皮中辛弗林的含量。方法:以Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,以甲醇-0.1% SDS水(65∶35)(水中含0.02%磷酸)为流动相,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:40℃,检测波长:275nm。结果:辛弗林在0.04~0.64mg/mL范围内,呈良好线性关系,加样回收率为99.78%,RSD为1.83%。结论:该方法灵敏准确,重现性好,适合于陈皮和青皮中辛弗林的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the HPLC method for the determination of synephrine in dried tangerine peel and green peel. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) was used as stationary phase, methanol-0.1% SDS water (65∶35) (0.02% phosphoric acid in water) was used as mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0mL/min, and column temperature : 40°C, detection wavelength: 275 nm. Results: In the range of 0.04 to 0.64 mg/mL, synephrine showed a good linear relationship with a recovery of 99.78% and an RSD of 1.83%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of synephrine in dried tangerine peel and green peel.
