以水作浸提剂,测定石灰性土壤的水溶性磷。结果表明,同Olsen-P以及标准方法测得的A值相比较,水性溶磷的数量很少,大部分土壤的水溶性磷P在0.1mg/kg以下,一般难以直接用钼蓝显色测定;水溶磷与植物吸磷量的相关系数最大,其次是A值,两者均呈极显著相关,而与常规的Olsen-P呈显著相关。因此,结合用于测定低磷的孔雀绿方法,水溶性磷能够更好地用来描述石灰性土壤的有效磷水平。
Using water as extractant, the water-soluble phosphorus in calcareous soil was determined. The results showed that compared with the value of Olsen-P and the standard method A, the amount of water-soluble phosphorus was very small, and most of the soil had a water-soluble phosphorus P below 0.1 mg / kg, which was generally difficult to directly colorize with molybdenum blue The correlation coefficient between water-soluble phosphorus and phosphorus uptake was the highest, followed by the value of A, both of which were significantly correlated with Olsen-P. Therefore, in conjunction with the malachite green method for determining low phosphorus, water-soluble phosphorus is better able to describe the available phosphorus level in calcareous soils.
