优秀教师进行课堂教学时,大多非常关注老年大学的培养目标、知识传授、学员生活和学有所获四个要素,同时他们也把这四点和教学内容、课堂表达、学员感受和学有所乐的关系处理得非常精准。本文就如何处理好老年大学课堂教学的“四个关系”谈一点看法,与同行们交流切磋。
