近十余年来,我国一些地学与医学研究人员,对土壤侵蚀和淤积地区的大骨节病环境因素作了大量研究。提出环境影响导致人体硒低与该病产生有密切关系,并证明黄土高原等病区的水土流失造成土壤硒的迁移和降低,是环境硒低的重要原因之一。本文从两方面介绍这一研究进展:一是大骨节病在我国的分布和自然环境特征;二是大骨节病的环境化学因素研究进展.
In the past decade or so, some geosciences and medical researchers in our country have done a lot of research on the environmental factors of Kashin-Beck disease in soil erosion and siltation areas. It is suggested that the low selenium content in the human body caused by the environmental impact is closely related to the occurrence of the disease. It is also proved that soil erosion and loss caused by soil erosion in the Loess Plateau and other ward areas are one of the important reasons for the low selenium content in the environment. This article introduces the progress of this research from two aspects: one is the distribution of Kashin-Beck disease in our country and the characteristics of natural environment; the other is the research progress of environmental chemistry of Kashin-Beck disease.
