建筑企业人事档案管理的重要性主要表现为:能为干部选拔任用提供真实可靠的资料,能为企业决策提供参考和依据,有利于人力资源优化配置,促进企业发展。目前档案管理的不足,主要表现为:档案资料收集不全面,管理制度不完善,管理人员素质偏低,档案管理信息化建设水平有待提升。为应对这些问题,应该采取改进和完善措施:重视企业人事档案信息资料收集,建立并落实档案管理制度,提高管理人员素质,并推动档案管理信息化建设。
The importance of personnel archives management in construction enterprises is mainly manifested in that they can provide real and reliable data for the selection and appointment of cadres and can provide reference and basis for decision-making of enterprises, which is conducive to optimizing the allocation of human resources and promoting the development of enterprises. The current lack of file management, mainly as follows: archives data is not fully collected, the management system is not perfect, the quality of managers is low, the file management information needs to be improved. In order to cope with these problems, we should take measures to improve and perfect it. We should pay attention to the collection of information files of enterprise personnel files, establish and implement the file management system, improve the quality of management personnel and promote the construction of archives management information.
