基于教学无效或低效的状况,通过研究引领教学改革,健全机构,成立了项目过关技能考核小组,规范管理项目过关制教学改革;更新、完善专业课项目过关制教学条件,优化实训环境;强化项目过关教学,实现实训常态化。转变了教师教学观念,提高了教师业务素质,学生学习兴趣得到激发,构建了过关考核体系,制订了考核表、备课表和计划表。
