【摘 要】
：
目的 评价“心理-行为-社会”综合干预模式对重庆市新确证HIV阳性的MSM的干预效果.方法 采取对照试验研究方法,按照研究对象HIV初筛阳性时顺序,分干预组和对照组.干预组采取“心理-行为-社会”综合干预模式,在对照组的基础上开展心理干预、行为干预和社会支持.对照组按照国家要求开展常规的阳性告知和每6个月一次的随访.在干预前、干预后分别对干预组和对照组共做2次问卷调查.数据核对后,通过SPSS18.0软件对数据进行统计分析,评估干预措施效果.结果 共完成干预组和对照组各50人的干预前后问卷调查及干预活动.

目的 评价“心理-行为-社会”综合干预模式对重庆市新确证HIV阳性的MSM的干预效果.方法 采取对照试验研究方法,按照研究对象HIV初筛阳性时顺序,分干预组和对照组.干预组采取“心理-行为-社会”综合干预模式,在对照组的基础上开展心理干预、行为干预和社会支持.对照组按照国家要求开展常规的阳性告知和每6个月一次的随访.在干预前、干预后分别对干预组和对照组共做2次问卷调查.数据核对后,通过SPSS18.0软件对数据进行统计分析,评估干预措施效果.结果 共完成干预组和对照组各50人的干预前后问卷调查及干预活动.均衡检验显示,干预组和对照组可比性较好.研究结束后,干预组坚持使用安全套占比(91.8％)显著高于对照组(21.7％) (x2=47.83,P＜0.001),干预组抑郁发生率(0)显著低于对照组(18.0％)(x2=7.81,P=-0.005),干预组艾滋病相关羞辱和歧视得分(70.02±8.54)显著低于对照组(74.64±8.43)(t=-2.723,P=0.008).两组在同性性伴数、焦虑发生率和抗病毒治疗率方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 “心理-行为-社会”的综合干预措施,能有效减少新确证HIV阳性MSM的不安全性行为,改善其心理健康状况,有助于减少二代病例传播.
