挂牌放量不再持续 6月下半月,置换挂牌量不再如上半月如此丰盈,同比下降了25%之多。已历经两月的挂牌情况终于关上了放量闸门,回归至房交会前平均水平。(见图例1)我们可以看到自5月底开始,租赁以及出售物业的挂牌情况,呈现出两级分化的状况。置换物业平缓下滑,而出租房量则继续增多。两者差距愈来愈大。
The amount of listing no longer lasts in the second half of June, replacement volume is no longer as abundant as the first half, down 25%. After two months of listing, it finally closed the heavy volume gate and returned to the average level before the Housing Fair. (See Figure 1) We can see that since the end of May, the listing of leased and sold properties has shown a two-stage differentiation. The replacement property flat-down, while the rental housing continues to increase. The gap between the two is growing.
