新课程改革强调,教师是学生学习的合作者、引导者和参与者,教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。交往意味着人人参与,意味着平等对话,教师将由居高临下的权威转向“平等中的首席”。在新课程中,传统意义上的教师教和学生学,将不断让位于师生互交互学,彼此形成一个真正的“学习共同体”,教学过程不只是忠实的执行课程计划(方案)的过程,而是师生共同开发课程、丰富课程的过程,课程变成一种动态的、发展的,教学真正成为师生富有个性化的创造过程。在新课程改革环境下的小学生,大多是独生子女,长期以来受爷爷、奶奶、父母的娇宠,孤傲、以我为中心,实现“自主、合作、探究”的内在因素较小,因此,教学过程中,在教师的影响下优化课堂气氛,创设平等和谐的情境,才能实现真正意义上的师生共同发展的互动过程。
