目的:探讨MTA、Vitapex及氢氧化钙用于根尖诱导成形术的疗效。方法:选择90颗有牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、急慢性根尖周炎的恒牙。随机分为三组:MTA、Vitapex、氢氧化钙各30例。结果:观察3-6个月治疗有效率:MTA94.28%Vitapex 90.31%Ca(OH)2 85.35%(p<0.05)。观察12-24个月治疗有效率:MTA 96.61%Vitapex 95.25%Ca(OH)2 86%(p>0.05)。结论:MTA有良好生物相容性,能够更有效的诱导牙根组织的形成,在根尖诱导成形术中短期疗效明显优于Vitapex与氢氧化钙。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MTA, Vitapex and calcium hydroxide for apexification. Methods: 90 permanent teeth with pulpitis, pulp necrosis and acute and chronic periapical periodontitis were selected. Randomly divided into three groups: MTA, Vitapex, calcium hydroxide in 30 cases. Results: The efficacy of 3-6 months treatment was observed: MTA 94.28% Vitapex 90.31% Ca (OH) 2 85.35% (p <0.05). The therapeutic efficacy was observed at 12-24 months: MTA 96.61% Vitapex 95.25% Ca (OH) 2 86% (p> 0.05). Conclusion: MTA has good biocompatibility and can induce the formation of root tissue more effectively. The short-term curative effect of apical induction is better than that of Vitapex and calcium hydroxide.
