学校文化精神是学校群体在长期的教育教学实践中积淀起来的、共同的心理和行为中体现出来的理念、价值体系、群体心理特征及精神价值传统。学校文化精神是学校内部的主导意识,源于学校自身发展需要,与学校办学理念、育人目标等具有逻辑一致性,体现了现实与前瞻的统一。上海市观澜小学的实践证明,要建设学校文化精神,就必须形成学校文化陶冶氛围,构建制度文化理性,创设校本文化课程。
The spirit of school culture is the concept, value system, group psychology characteristic and spiritual value tradition that school groups accumulate in the long-term education and teaching practice, common psychology and behavior. The spirit of school culture is the leading consciousness within the school. It comes from the self-development needs of the school. It is logically consistent with the concept of running a school and the goal of educating people. It reflects the unification of reality and foresight. The practice of Shanghai Guanlan Primary School proves that in order to build up the spirit of school culture, it is necessary to form the atmosphere of school culture, construct the institutional culture rationality, and create a school-based culture course.
