一、我校是怎样开展教育科研工作的 教育科学是一门理论性、实践性很强的科学,办好学校离不开教育科学,教育科学的研究与实践,决定着学校的管理效益和教育教学质量的提高。从我校情况来看,不少教师辛辛苦苦,但教育教学质量不高;学校干部忙忙碌碌,但办学效益不够好。怎么办?这就要求我们从教育科研上找出路,坚定不移地开展教育科研工作。
