本文分析了目前智能设计系统的基本实现模型——专家系统(Expert System)ES模型在解决大型复杂设计问题时所存在的固有困难;阐述了导致这些固有困难的主要原因.基于此,本文从设计思维规律出发,将人工神经网络技术与传统人工智能技术相结合进行理性思维模拟,提出集模式联想、符号推理、数值计算和图形界面为一体的智能设计系统(Intelligent Design System)IDS模型及其实现的关键技术.基于模式联想和符号推理的交替作用是IDS实现理性思维模拟的创新之处.IDS的模式联想在一定程度上模拟了“触类旁通”这一人类思维规则.除此之外,由于模式性知识的鲁棒性,IDS还为由不完全和不确定的输入数据产生合理的设计方案提供了一条有效途径,这些运用一般意义下的专家系统是极难做到的.基于IDS模型,本文成功地开发了一个机翼结构方案智能设计系统,由这一系统所得出的设计方案是合理可用的,从而验证了IDS模型的可实现性和实用性.
