In sports, long-distance marathon and marathon have obvious philosophical implication, can let people experience the philosophical involved “everyone ” thing. Based on Bharti’s inner experience, the study examines the unity and antagonism of mental anguish and physical pain, analyzes the similarities between the super-marathon runners and religious saints and their behavior, and illustrates the importance of physical pain to people, especially The positive value of improving people’s mental status. The super marathon gives ordinary people the ritualization and sanctification of physical pain and equates the process of receiving physical pain with that of super-learned, making body movement itself a profound experience. The super marathon experience of asceticism brings meaningless acceptance of the existence and enhances the person’s cognitive ability. The study also reviews the background of the topics with self-narrative. It considers that the problem of metaphysics through movement is an important bridge between philosophy and ordinary people. The connection and connection between theology and theological studies is a direction for the development of sports philosophy in the future.
