本科自1993.6至今共收治睾丸扭转30例,其中经手术治疗28例,经手法复位2例,现报告如下:1治疗与方法1.1临床治疗本组共30例,年龄15-49岁,平均20.5岁,25岁以下占80%,其中左侧13例,右侧17例,发病至就诊时间6小时内10例,6到24小时11例,大于24小时9例。全部为阴囊内睾丸扭转。1.2治疗与结果30例患者全部行彩色超声多普勒检查
