中山医科大学五只高科技老鼠诞生 近日,5只活泼健康的“嵌合体”小鼠在中山医科大学的实验动物中心顺利诞生,标志着我国首次成功将BALB/C细胞系的研究运用于实践。据中山医科大学实验动物中心主任陈系古教授介绍,这一技术将有助于基因打靶动物的产生和干细胞诱导、组织工程的研究。采用这些干细胞作为人造组织器官的研究,应用该技术于人类胚胎干细胞分离培养,对发展克隆器官于临床病人的治疗和器官移植等将有重要意义。目前,5只小鼠生长正常,没有发生任何排斥反应。这表明中山医科大学已具备了产生各种转基因动物的技术和条件。
The birth of five high-tech mice at Zhongshan Medical University Recently, five lively and healthy “chimera” mice were successfully born at the Experimental Animal Center of Sun Yat-sen University, marking the first successful application of the BALB / C cell line research in China. At present, 5 mice grow normally without any rejection. This shows that Zhongshan Medical University already has a variety of transgenic animals produced technology and conditions.
