三磷酸腺苷(Adenosine Triphosphate,以下簡称ATP)为哺乳动物骨骼肌中提取的一种高能磷酸鍵化合物,为肌肉收縮与腸管吸收养份的能量来源。其对于醣、蛋白质及脂肪能促进其中間代謝,对于維生素乙族的磷酸化起主导作用,并能增强血循环的代謝及肝腎的血流量。过去ATP的研究,只限于生理上关于骨骼肌收縮及醣等代謝問題,1941年1—7月始应用于临床。我們应用天津市化工研究所医药研究室及和平制药厂試制成功的ATP—Na。治疗风湿性关节炎30例,茲将治疗結果报告如下。
Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is a kind of high-energy phosphate bond compound extracted from mammalian skeletal muscle, which is the source of energy for muscle contraction and intestinal absorption of nutrients. Its sugar, protein and fat can promote its intermediate metabolism, plays a leading role for vitamin B phosphorylation, and can enhance blood circulation metabolism and liver and kidney blood flow. In the past, the study of ATP was limited to physiological problems of skeletal muscle contraction and sugar metabolism, and was applied to the clinic from January to July 1941. We use the Tianjin Chemical Industry Institute of Pharmaceutical Research and Peace Pharmaceutical Factory successful trial of ATP-Na. Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in 30 cases, the treatment results are reported as follows.
