一、认真贯彻中央要求,把学习培训工作引向深入 按照中央的要求和自治区党委、兵团党委的总体部署,兵团第一批 保持共产党员先进性教育活动已经全面展开。1月19日动员大会之 后,各师、兵团机关各部门、各直属机构包括团场党委,都成立了先进性 教育活动领导小组和办公室,并很快展开了工作。兵团党委抽调了42 名同志组成10个督导组,派驻各师、兵团机关各部门。各师组织了80 个督导组派驻团场。各师党委、兵团机关各部门结合本单位、本部门实 际制定了实施方案。兵团、师都建立了领导班子成员联系基层单位和困 难户的制度,有的还在原来党员扶贫帮困的基础上,赋予这项工作新的
