测定了不同条件下制备得到的飞灰/Ca(OH),水合吸收剂的比表面积和孔径分布,并在固定床反应器内进行了同时脱除NO2/SO2的实验。结果表明:飞灰和Ca(OH)2通过水合反应可以得到具有较高比表面积和更丰富孔隙结构的钙基吸收剂,较高的水合温度、较长的水合时间、适宜的飞灰/Ca(OH)2质量比和固液比以及较低的干燥温度,有利于提高吸收剂的比表面积、优化孔隙结构并增强吸收剂的脱硫脱硝活性。“,”Specific surface area and pore size distribution of fly ash/Ca(OH)2 hydro-absorbent prepared under different conditions were measured, and effects of different preparation conditions on simultaneous removal of NO2 and SO2 was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results reveal that Ca-based absorbent with higher specific surface area and more abundant porosity structure can be achieved from the hydrothermal reaction of Ca(OH)2 with fly ash in slurry. The higher hydration temperature, the longer hydration time, the appropriate ratio of fly ash to Ca(OH)2 and solid to liquid, the lower dry temperature are beneficial for the forming of high specific surface area and abundant porosity structure of absorbent, also for the enhancing of reaction activity in simultaneous removal of NO2 and SO2.
