为银杏雄球花资源的开发利用提供理论依据和新的思路,以银杏雄球花作为材料,经乙醇浸提获银杏雄球花乙醇提取液,测定其总黄酮含量,并在此基础上考察提取液对羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O2-·)和二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)的清除能力及总抗氧化活性。结果表明:银杏雄球花乙醇提取液黄酮含量为1.4%,提取液浓度为2.2mg/mL、4mg/mL、4.2mg/mL时分别对DPPH·、·OH、O2-·清除率达68.2%、81.25%和93.8%。银杏雄球花乙醇提取液对以上3种自由基均有较好的清除能力,具有较强的抗氧化活性。
To provide a theoretical basis and new ideas for the development and utilization of ginkgo male flower resources, the ginkgo male flower ball was used as material, the ethanol extract of ginkgo male flower ball was extracted by ethanol and the content of total flavonoids was determined. On the basis of this, The scavenging ability and total antioxidant activity of extracts on hydroxyl radicals (· OH), superoxide anion (O2- ·) and dibenzoyl picric acid radicals (DPPH ·) were studied.
