目的 了解江门市中秋月饼卫生质量情况。方法 对全市 8个卫生防疫站 1991~ 2 0 0 1年上报的月饼卫生监测报表进行统计分析。结果 11年来全市共监测月饼样品 32 314份 ,合格 30 687份 ,总合格率 95 .0 %。从最低的1992年 90 .2 %提高到 2 0 0 1年的 98.1%。不同品种以莲蓉类和豆沙类月饼合格率为最高 ,分别为 96.5 %和 95 .4% ;最低为伍仁类月饼 91.9%。经卡方检验 ,不同品种合格率差别有显著意义。结论 11年年来全市月饼产品卫生质量良好
Objective To understand the sanitary quality of moon cake in Jiangmen City. Methods The health monitoring reports of mooncakes reported by 8 health and epidemic prevention stations from 1991 to 2001 were statistically analyzed. Results In the past 11 years, 32 314 samples of moon cakes were monitored and 30 687 were qualified, with a total pass rate of 95.0%. From 90.2% in 1992 to 98.1% in 2001. The highest pass rates of lotus seeds and red bean paste were obtained for different varieties, which were 96.5% and 95.4% respectively, and the lowest was Wuren class moon cake, 91.9%. The chi-square test, the different varieties of different rates have significant significance. Conclusion The hygiene quality of the mooncake product in the city is good over the past 11 years
