报告经尿道膀胱颈电切术治疗膀胱颈梗阻18例。其要点为取截石位,于膀胱颈12点切断肌肉全层。术后残余尿得到不同程度的减少或消失。此术式操作简便,损伤小,疗效好。
Transurethral resection of the bladder neck was reported in 18 cases of bladder neck obstruction. The main point is to take lithotomy position, at the bladder neck cut off at 12 o’clock whole muscle. Postoperative residual urine decreased or disappeared to varying degrees. This operation is simple, less damage, good effect.
