在Oerlikon Barmage FK-1000V机上加工半光圆孔133 dtex/144 f PET-POY,加工速度提到850 m/min时,加弹张力CV波动超出设定值造成产品降等多,严重影响DTY的AA率。前纺通过对熔体黏度、喷丝板结构、风筒规格的试验,后纺通过对DR、张力CV控制的优化,最终找到了解决加弹张力CV异常的处理办法。
Machining half-light circular holes at 133 dtex / 144 f PET-POY on the Oerlikon Barmage FK-1000V machine at a processing speed of 850 m / min resulted in product drop-off and other effects that could cause a significant drop in DTY AA rate. The former spinning process through the melt viscosity, spinneret structure, the specifications of the hairdryer test, after the spinning through the optimization of the DR, tension CV control, and ultimately found a solution to the processing of tension anomalies.
