货叉横向进出的侧面叉车是搬运机械的一个重要分支。稳定性是侧面叉车安全作业的必要条件,本文系统地分析研究了侧面叉车的稳定性条件,导出了相应的稳定性计算公式,并对影响侧面叉车稳定性的因素进行了初步讨论。根据侧面叉车的稳定性要求,文中还对侧面叉车的设计工作提出了新的建议,对于制定侧面叉车的稳定性标准,也提供了理论分析基础和若干建议。
Fork lateral access side of the forklift is a major branch of the handling machinery. Stability is a necessary condition for the safety operation of side-lift trucks. This paper systematically analyzes the stability conditions of side-lift trucks, derives the corresponding formulas for stability calculation, and discusses the factors affecting the stability of side-lift trucks. According to the stability requirements of the side forklift, the article also put forward new suggestions on the design work of the side forklift, and also provide the theoretical basis and some suggestions for the development of the side forklift stability standards.
