为解决内蒙古河套灌区高泥沙、高柴草污物运行环境下小型扬水站功效低、故障多的问题,对主要设备配置的常见工程病害特征进行了解析,提出了机组设备的优化配置办法,推荐手控式底阀配合混流泵配置,该配置为正压充水启动,启动速度快、对管路气密性要求低,不需要特别压紧填料,克服了轴套被填料抱死引发的故障,延长了水泵寿命;该底阀在水泵运行过程中阀门板被锁定在全开启的位置,因而对水流阻力可忽略不计,节能效果良好;该底阀在停泵时阀门板仍被锁定在全开启的位置,管路中的水可以顺利下泄,方便排除叶轮室柴草污物,能维持较好的水泵工况;完全没有水锤破坏问题,不需要使用厚重的高强度材料制造,因而结构轻巧、制造工艺简单、维修成本低。经河套灌区16 a实践检验,该配置具备良好的耐久性、易维修性、节能性和操作便捷性,是小型扬水站适宜的机组设备配置。建议存在大量泥沙和柴草污物、启动困难、功效低且故障频发的小型扬水站自行制作改造。
