本文应用指示剂稀释技术观察了家兔SMAPO休克时肺对 ̄(125)I标记的P物质( ̄(125)-SP)和血管活性肠肽( ̄(125)I-VIP)的清除作用。结果表明,SMAO休克早期注入SP(lpmol/kg)一次流经肺循环的清除率(35.01±0.64%)明显高于假手术对照组(22.96±2.22%),P<0.01,注入VIP(1.5pmol/kg)一次流经肺循环的清除率(37.89±2.30%),与假手术对照组(38.50±229%)相比无显著性差异。本实验结果证明家兔肺具有清除循环血中SP和VIP的作用。休克时肺加强清除SP可能具有代偿意义。
In this paper, we observed the scavenging effect of lung on ~ (125) I labeled substance P (~ (125) -SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (~ (125) I-VIP) in rabbits SMAPO shock by using indicator dilution method. The results showed that the clearance rate of SMA (50.01 ± 0.64%) was significantly higher than that of the sham operation control group (22.96 ± 2.22%) at the first injection of SP (lpmol / kg) 0.01, VIP (1.5pmol / kg) once through the pulmonary circulation clearance rate (37.89 ± 2.30%), compared with the sham operation control group (38.50 ± 229%) no significant difference . The experimental results show that rabbit lung clearance of circulating blood SP and VIP role. Intensive lung clearance SP may play a compensatory role in shock.
