前不久,我们接受了一个水库回水计算的任务,要求确定:当这个水库蓄水后,水库末端的水位将要升高多少?以便据此确定库区淹没范围,制定移民措施。因此,设计的正确与否,直接关系到人民财产的安全,和国家的移民投资。
Not long ago, we accepted the task of calculating the backwater of a reservoir and asked to determine: When the reservoir is charged, how much will the water level at the end of the reservoir rise? In order to determine the extent of inundation in the reservoir area and formulate resettlement measures accordingly. Therefore, whether the design is correct or not is directly related to the safety of people’s property and immigrants’ investment in the country.
