本文重点分析了我国基础建设合同执行中存在的问题,并就这些问题提出了相应的改进政策,尤其是强调了要加强财务系统的管理和建设,由此来推动基础建设中的合同执行管理。加强合同的执行能够提高基础工程建设的工作效益,减少甲乙双方不必要的合同争端,明确彼此间的责任,保证最终的经济效益。
This article focuses on the analysis of the problems in the implementation of China’s infrastructure contract, and puts forward corresponding improvement policies on these issues. In particular, it emphasizes the need to strengthen the management and construction of the financial system to promote the contract execution management in infrastructure. Strengthening the implementation of the contract can improve the work efficiency of the basic engineering construction, reduce unnecessary contractual disputes between the two parties, clarify their mutual responsibilities and ensure the ultimate economic benefits.
