据1995年12月8日人民日报(华东版)报道,12月6日江西省光国县古龙岗镇蜈溪村的5位农民代表,在村长的带领下,抬着两块大奖匾,鸣放爆竹,进入县委大院给县委发奖,以感谢县委派出的优秀蹲点驻村干部…… 读罢此则报道,笔者想起盛夏8月的一天,某县政府门口聚集了近百名上访农民,要求“找县长”的场面,两相对比,不由感慨良多。 这两起农民自发“闯”县府的举动,一个是情不自禁“奖县委”,一个是怨声载道“找县长”,两者形成了鲜明的对照。
