Liaoning Provincial Department of Construction began this year to experiment with the construction of urban residential underground bicycle garages. With the improvement of living standards of urban residents, the residents’ demands for living quality are also increasing. At present, in the residential quarters, bicycle sheds and storage sheds occupy a large amount of green space and activity venues, affecting the community’s environment and landscape. In order to solve this problem, the Liaoning Provincial Department of Construction began the construction of a pilot project for the construction of underground bicycle garages in urban housing.
