高等职业技术教育在管理上与普通高校有相同之处和相异之处,由此决定了职业大学校办公室的工作也必然相应地存在相同和相异之处.下面,就职业大学的么关协调和大量特殊的社会工作谈点意见.协调,是指为实现学校既定的总目标和完成各时期的中心任务而采取同一步骤,统一行动的引导和调整工作.由于职大创办时间都不很长,学校规模不一,部门设置不尽健全,分工不尽明确,关系不顺,对工作难免产生推诿甚至“顶牛”等不协调现象.常因一个具体问题相互
