我国的社会主义市场经济体制正在稳步推进,在这场伟大的历史性转变中,我国的私营经济发挥了重要的推动作用,它成为具有巨大潜力的新的经济增长点。私营经济已由过去国民经济的“辅助部分”逐步成为当今社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,成为我国经济发展的生力军。文章系统阐述了我国私营经济对国民经济的积极作用。目前尽管我国出台了一系列鼓励、支持私营经济发展的政策措施,为私营经济发展创造宽松的发展环境,但私营经济在我国的发展毕竟还处在初级阶段,从外部发展环境到私营企业的内部管理,还存在很多制度约束障碍。
