以前有种说法:前三十年睡不醒,后三十年睡不着。意指失眠主要困扰着老年人。然而当今社会,生活节奏过快,工作压力过大,使越来越多的年轻人被失眠所困。要想睡个美美的觉,首先还是把身心彻底放松吧。
我睡不着。
I can’t sleep.
我昨晚也无法入眠。
I couldn’t fall asleep last night, either.
多年以来我晚上都没睡过一个好觉。
I haven’t had a good night’s sleep in ages.
苏珊由于担心考试,彻夜难眠。
数绵羊也无济于事。
Counting sheep doesn’t help.
我想我得了失眠症。
I think I’m suffering from 1)insomnia.
我总是有黑眼圈。
I always have rings under my eyes.
我的眼睛也总是红的。
我上课的时候不能保持清醒。
I can’t stay awake in class.
我整天感到昏昏欲睡。
I feel 2)drowsy all day.
我无法集中精神工作!

昨夜真的很漫长。
It was a really long night last night.
我一宿没合眼。
