用IHA法检测患先天性疾病儿童147例,患一般疾病儿童396例和健康儿童150例血清弓形虫抗体。结果阳性率分别为21.08%,3.53%和2.00%。患先天性疾病儿童弓形虫抗体阳性率显著高于一般疾病和健康儿童,P<0.001,差异非常显著。提示弓形虫感染可引起儿童先天性疾病或畸形。
147 children with congenital diseases, 396 children with common diseases and 150 cases of Toxoplasma gondii antibodies were detected by IHA method. The positive rates were 21.08%, 3.53% and 2.00% respectively. The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii antibody in children with congenital diseases was significantly higher than that in normal children and healthy children, P <0.001, the difference was significant. Tip Toxoplasma infection can cause congenital or deformity in children.
