我和朱某系夫妻,2002年6月开始分居。最近,我购买足球彩票中了一等奖,获得税后奖金120余万元。朱某听说后即要求离婚并均等分割足彩奖金。请问:分居期间所中足彩奖金如何分割?《婚姻法》第17条规定:“夫妻在婚姻关系存续期间所得的下列财产,归夫妻共同所有:(一)工资、奖金……(五)其他应当归共同所有的财产。”分居期间属夫妻关系存续期间,此间一方获得的足彩奖金,属于夫妻共同财产。《婚姻法》第39条规定:“离婚时,夫妻的共同财产由双方协议处理;协议不成时,由人民法院根据财产的具体情况,照顾子女和女方权益的原则判决。”最高人民法院《关于审理离婚案件处理财产分割问题的若干具体意见》第8条规定:“夫妻共同财产,原则上均等分割。根据生产、生活的实际需要和财
