零售产业开放后,外资通过向中国输出技术、资金和管理等资源在优化产业生存与发展环境,以及提高流通产业整体竞争力方面起到了积极的作用,但同时也对零售流通业的产业控制力和持续向好发展构成一定的威胁。本文以中国零售市场开放后1999—2009年的数据为基础,从产业生存发展环境、产业国际竞争力和产业控制力三个方面构建了零售流通产业安全评价指标体系,对开放后的中国零售流通产业安全状况进行了评价分析,发现零售流通业在开放后虽然产业生存与发展环境得到了优化,整体竞争力有了一定的提高,但是对产业的控制力在减弱。总体看来外资进入后零售流通产业的安全性尚可,但由于安全评价值的走向趋势并不明朗,需要保持警惕。
After the opening up of the retail industry, foreign investment has played a positive role in optimizing the environment for industrial survival and development and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the circulation industry by exporting resources such as technology, capital and management to China. At the same time, however, the control over the industry in the retail circulation industry And continue to develop a certain threat. Based on the data of 1999-2009 after the opening up of retail market in China, this paper constructs the index system of safety evaluation of retail circulation industry from the aspects of industrial survival and development environment, industrial international competitiveness and industrial control. Industry safety evaluation and analysis found that although the retail distribution industry after the opening up of industrial survival and development environment has been optimized, the overall competitiveness has improved, but the control of the industry is weakening. In general, the safety of the retail circulation industry after foreign investment has entered into the market is still acceptable. However, due to the uncertain trends in the value of the safety assessment, vigilance should be maintained.
